Events
The challenge will be held from January 6, 2013 to April 6, 2013. Events will begin in October 2012. View currently scheduled events.
Registration
To participate you must complete a registration form and pay a registration fee of $25.00. Eligible participants must work or reside in Ormond Beach.
There are different ways in which you can register:
- In person at the City of Ormond Beach City Hall, 22 S. Beach Street, Room 101, Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.; or
- Fill out an online registration form. (Your registration fee payment will be collected on January 5, 2013 at the Health Fair); or
- Mail registration form and check to: City of Ormond Beach, ATTN: Mayor's Fitness Challenge, 22 S Beach Street, Ormond Beach, FL 32174; or
-Register at the Health Fair on January 5, 2013 and pay with credit card, cash, or check
-Turn in a registration form and registration fee to the Ormond Beach Chamber of Commerce
Each participant will also receive a Mayor's Health & Fitness t-shirt!
